Rod Anderson

Rod is a leading practitioner in leadership and persuasive communication. He specialises in leadership development, change communication, cultural change consulting, presentation, facilitation, strategic communication consulting and executive coaching.

Prior to forming Laminar, Rod spent 15 years in senior leadership roles in international cultural change and communication consulting firms.Before moving into consulting, Rod held internal consulting and senior management positions at AGL Limited.

Rod has been engaged by key clients in Australia including AMP, BDO (accountants), Cisco Systems, Macquarie Bank, MLC, National Australian Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Promina, QBE, Queensland Government and Stockland.

Internationally, Rod has consulted with clients such as Air New Zealand, BBC Worldwide, BNZ, Goldman Sachs, Hewitt, IBM, UK Telegraph and Vauxhall.

Rod provides high-level performance coaching and consulting of executives and their teams.

He holds a Bachelor of Business (Management), Certificate of Management (TAFE) and is accredited in most organisational, leadership and personal diagnostic and development tools and inventories.
